First of all, I love the name of this blog! Viva La Feminista is a blog by Veronica Arreola. She made this blog to try and “navigate and understand the intersection between feminism, motherhood and her Latinadad.”
Veronica is an extremely busy women, not only is she a professional feminist she is also a mom, writer and speaker.
I found myself particularly interested in the reviews she does on books, products, food, movies and live shows. Veronica is not afraid to speak her mind! She warns all her readers before the reviews to not expect a positive review. After reading many reviews that she has done in the past I realized that Veronica is the type of person that we need more of in society. She is not afraid to state what she believes, speak the truth, and fight.
I love reading blogs, in fact I have a list of about five that I read everyday. I intend to add Viva La Feminista to my list. I can't wait to keep up with Veronica's busy life and see what her next post has to offer.
